Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m an energy healer who believes in the power of intuition and what becomes possible when we learn to trust it.

For a long time, my life looked “right” on paper. I spent a decade working in tech recruiting in Silicon Valley, eight of those years with one of the largest tech companies in the world. I followed the expected path: college, career, financial stability, home ownership. And yet, beneath all of that achievement, I felt stuck. Like something essential was missing.

My awakening began six months postpartum, during a quiet moment rocking my baby to sleep. I suddenly realized that I had all the building blocks of a good life, but I wasn’t actually living it. I had been making decisions from logic and conditioning, not leaving enough room for joy. That night, sitting in that rocking chair, I made a commitment to live differently.

At first, that meant simply following whatever felt exciting. Over time, it became something deeper: learning how to truly listen to my intuition and trust it as my guide.

Within six months of following my intuition, I found myself in a somatic hypnotherapy session where I experienced something I couldn’t explain through logic—swirling energy in the palms of my hands and my hands moving entirely on their own. That session became my introduction to energy healing. It felt less like learning something new and more like remembering something my body already knew.

Since then, I’ve allowed my intuition to lead me through my own healing journey—regulating my nervous system, reconnecting with my body, and opening my throat chakra so I could fully express my truth. That same inner guidance led me to leave the corporate world behind. And when the message came that it was time to share this work with others, I listened.
